⏳ Processing Time 

Orders are not shipped the same day they’re placed. 

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Exact production and delivery times can vary and aren’t guaranteed.

Times may also be longer during peak periods (Bank Holidays, Black Friday, Christmas). All estimates are given in good faith.

🌍 Shipping Speed by Location

We route orders to the fulfilment centre nearest you, so if you’re in Europe or North America, your order may be produced and shipped locally — often arriving faster than the estimates below suggest.

🇬🇧 UK: 3–5 business days

🇪🇺 Europe: 5–8 business days (3–5 if fulfilled locally)

🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada: 8–15 business days (3–5 if fulfilled locally)

Where local fulfilment isn’t available for a particular product, colour or size, your order may be fulfilled internationally, which can result in longer delivery times. Orders containing multiple items may also be sent in separate parcels and arrive at different times.

🚚💨 Shipping Costs

Free UK shipping on orders of £65+. If your order’s shipping cost would exceed £10* (large multi-item orders), standard shipping charges apply.

🌐 International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These are set locally and are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 Missed or Lost Deliveries

Please ensure someone’s available to receive the order or that delivery instructions are followed — we’re not responsible for missed-delivery return costs. If your order shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbours/your courier first, then email us — we’ll help where we can.

♻️ Packaging

We use post-consumer-recycled plastic for packaging (minimum 70% recycled — industry standard).
