🕛 Processing Time
- Orders are processed in 2–3 business days before dispatch.
- Please note: orders are not shipped the same day they’re placed.
🚚 Shipping
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders £65+ (*under £10 shipping total).
- Standard UK delivery estimates are 3–5 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
- Delivery times may be longer during busy periods (public holidays, Christmas, Black Friday).
🔍 Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
- If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@witeeroots.com.
📮 Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that delivery instructions are followed.
- If a delivery attempt is missed and the item is returned to the courier or sender, we cannot be held responsible and re-delivery costs may apply.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or your local courier.
- Email us if you need help. We’ll do our best to support you, but note we’re not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

- When we fulfil your order from a facility in your country, you won't incur international shipping tariffs or customs duties.
- Production and delivery times can vary. Exact dates cannot be guaranteed.
