🕛 Processing Time

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days before dispatch. Orders are not shipped the same day they’re placed.

🌍 Shipping Speed by Location

We route orders to the fulfilment centre nearest you, so if you’re in Europe or North America, your order may be produced and shipped locally — often arriving faster than the estimates below suggest.

∙ 🇬🇧 UK: 3–5 business days

∙ 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days (3–5 if fulfilled locally)

∙ 🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada: 10–20 business days (3–5 if fulfilled locally)

Exact production and delivery times can vary and aren’t guaranteed. Times may be longer during peak periods (holidays, Black Friday, Christmas). All estimates are given in good faith.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders £55+ (excludes shipping rates over £15).

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These are set locally and are the buyer’s responsibility.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships (allow up to 48 hours to update). No tracking after 5 business days? Email support@witeeroots.com.

📮 Missed or Lost Deliveries

Please ensure someone’s available to receive the order or that delivery instructions are followed — we’re not responsible for missed-delivery return costs. If your order shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbours/your courier first, then email us — we’ll help where we can.
