To keep our process sustainable and hygienic, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. But we’ll replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Our commitment to you:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
• Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
• Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it.

Before you order:

• Please review sizing and product details carefully to ensure the right fit.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

• All purchases are considered final sale once processed and shipped.
• Refunds are not issued, except in cases where a replacement is not possible.

Can I Cancel an Order?

Please note orders are sent for processing immediately after they are placed. This means our team has already begun processing your order and it can no longer be cancelled.
