WITEE ROOTS is a UK-based online store specialising in made-to-order graphic T-shirts. All items are produced via print-on-demand (POD), meaning they are created individually after an order is placed.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed, it goes immediately into production. Please double-check your selections before checkout, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please refer to our Returns & Refunds section for how to report the issue.
