When someone says nah, it means no. Typically this phrase is used to respond to a question you do not agree to.

Why Nah for Rosa Parks? In 1955, Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white passenger on a segregated bus in Montgomery, Alabama.

Basically, she was told to go to the back of the bus and her response was basically, "Nah". 

Her actions initiated the Montgomery Bus Boycott and its success led to the ending of racial segregation of public facilities.
